LAS IGUANAS, BUJO AND GINO’S GELATO ANNOUNCED AS THE LATEST EXCITING ADDITIONS TO CENTRAL PLAZA ON COLLEGE GREEN
Hines and Peterson Group are delighted to announce that Bujo, Gino’s Gelato and new entrant to the Irish market Las Iguanas, will all open for business early next year when Central Plaza, the exciting new F&B, entertainment, retail and office destination for Dublin City Centre, comes on stream.
With pre-leasing of the keenly anticipated Central Plaza scheme well advanced, Brian Moran, Senior Managing Director with Hines said, “Opening in early 2020, Central Plaza will be one of Dublin City Centre’s most exciting places to eat, drink, work and shop. The announcement today of quality F&B operators Bujo, Gino’s Gelato and Las Iguanas brings our pre-leasing on the scheme to 75% – we will round out the leasing process with a number of exciting names to be announced later this year. We are in advanced discussions with other quality retailers and F&B and entertainment operators and are in no doubt that shoppers, office workers and visitors will be truly spoilt for choice.”
With its Latin American food, cocktail and casual party vibe, the internationally successful Las Iguanas is set to wow foodies when they open their first Irish restaurant at Central Plaza. Las Iguanas is part of the Casual Dining Group whose other brands include Café Rouge and Bella Italia. Just next-door to Las Iguanas and already a firm favourite with Dubliners of all ages, Gino’s Gelato will be serving up their signature Belgian waffles, crêpes and a varied menu of freshly made gelato. Bujo Burger will follow on from their very popular and tasty Sandymount venue with their second burger joint at Central Plaza.
Las Iguanas’ premises will occupy the Annex unit of 6,297 sq. ft while Bujo and Ginos will occupy 2,659 sq. ft and 678 sq. ft respectively.
