When reopened in Q4 2019, the LEED Gold and Wired Platinum certified building will provide a collaborative, open plan environment with Dublin’s best views. Tenants will enter and greet guests through an impressive entrance lobby, its 15-metre wide glazed facade and double-height revolving doors accessed via a grand staircase from the lively plaza below.
